Key Responsibilities: Provide patient and family-focused care within RPN scope
Collaborate with RNs on complex patient care
Assess and document patient health status continuously
Support care plan development and evaluation




Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements: Recognized RPN diploma and Ontario registration
Current Basic Life Support certification required
Completed RPN Operating Room Course required
Two years current operating room experience preferred
Electronic documentation knowledge and solid communication skills
