Repair commercial food equipment for TFI customers while applying electrical troubleshooting and strong customer service skills during field assignments.
The Field Service Technician installs, maintains, repairs, and tests equipment sold by TFI. You will service FCB units, soft serve machines, espresso machines, fryers, combi ovens, and clamshell grills. The work requires responsive service, accurate repairs, skilled customer interactions, and effective mobile service system use.
Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, repair, and test specialty foodservice equipment
Respond quickly to service calls, PMs, and installations
Assess and complete repairs accurately and efficiently
Manage work orders through TFI’s mobile tablet system
Maintain parts inventory in the service vehicle
Requirements: Two to three years of technician experience required
Knowledge of 110v through 220v systems and equipment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Driver’s license and ability to lift 50+ pounds
Ability to work independently under pressure
Bring equipment repair, electrical knowledge, and customer service expertise to TFI’s commercial foodservice support operation.
