As a Product Specialist, you will support customers throughout a focused automotive sales experience. You will present new and pre-owned vehicles, explain pricing and financing, communicate across several channels, and work toward monthly goals. Previous automotive sales experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities: Identify vehicles matching customer needs through attentive listening
Present vehicles with walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives
Explain features, pricing, payments, and financing options clearly
Communicate with customers in person, by phone, email, and text
Build relationships while pursuing monthly sales and productivity goals
Requirements: Solid customer service and relationship-building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Goal-oriented, self-motivated approach to automotive sales
Comfort learning technology and computerized systems
Valid Manitoba driver's licence
