This 12 month contract Parts Administrator supports technicians in Dieppe by reducing equipment downtime and meeting internal customer needs. The position manages inventory accuracy, parts sourcing, vendor costs, and maintenance record corrections. It also supports stockroom organization and Ontario shop Min/Max levels.
Key Responsibilities: Source parts and compare vendor costs
Collect breakdown parts from vendors as needed
Create purchase orders for shop inventory
Maintain stockroom labels, cleanliness, and daily restocking
Correct work orders and reconcile parts charges
Requirements: High School Diploma or Trade Certification
College Diploma accepted
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Microsoft Office knowledge
Parts inventory and warranties knowledge
