You will monitor performance, prepare dashboards, coordinate initiatives, and use technology and AI responsibly. Key Responsibilities: Monitor franchise and corporate-studio KPIs and investigate performance variances
Prepare dashboards, operating reviews, budgets, forecasts, and scenario analyses
Visit studios to identify workflow and member-experience improvements
Implement practical process changes and assess results across studios




Coordinate operational, commercial, and cross-functional transformation initiatives
Requirements: University degree in business or a related discipline
Strong quantitative reasoning and working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Curiosity, resourcefulness, initiative, and willingness to learn
Solid organization, writing, attention to detail, and follow-through
Comfort working with studio managers and frontline staff
Apply analytical judgment, operational curiosity, and process improvement skills while supporting Franvest’s Edmonton-based studio transformation work.
