Protect TJX Canada stores through theft prevention, CCTV surveillance, and customer service in a welcoming retail setting. This is a 12-month contract.
As a Loss Prevention Store Security Agent, you will support store safety, security, and asset protection. The work includes responding to pedestal alarms, conducting floor walks, assisting Store Investigators, and collaborating with Organized Retail Crime Investigators. You will also report incidents involving internal dishonesty, supply-chain losses, and external offenders to appropriate partners.
Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and respond to pedestal alarms in uniform
Detect and prevent theft and fraud against TJX stores
Assist Store Investigators during suspect apprehensions




Conduct CCTV surveillance and thorough floor walks
Report incidents and support investigations with internal partners
Requirements: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience
Provincial security license required for employment
Related retail loss prevention, military, or security experience encouraged
Law enforcement studies or related experience encouraged
Valid driver's license and vehicle access preferred
Bring security, surveillance, and investigative support skills to TJX Canada while protecting associates, customers, and store assets.
