This Project Manager role supports construction work from kickoff through closeout. You will analyze project requirements, provide technical support on job sites, and prepare applications, orders, invoices, as-built manuals, and guarantee letters. The position requires building engineering or building mechanics training.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare budgets, daily reports, schedules, and technical questions
Coordinate subcontractors and provide technical job-site support
Lead project kickoff meetings and analyze work requirements
Request plans, specifications, schedules, prices,



and materials
Prepare invoices, equipment releases, manuals, and guarantee letters
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in building engineering or relevant training
Diploma of College Studies in building mechanics
Three to five years’ similar experience
Knowledge of job-site work methods
