As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will advise clients and deal teams while shaping deliverable solutions beyond out of the box. You will translate business goals into technical requirements, connect Ada’s AI Agent with business systems, and improve automated resolution. The work spans complex B2B sales cycles, bespoke solution design, and production delivery with engineers.
Key Responsibilities: Own solution architecture for complex, nonstandard customer deals
Lead technical deep dives with business and engineering teams
Connect Ada’s AI Agent to client systems and data




Design POCs and drive bespoke solutions into production
Advise Customer Success on strategic account solutions
Requirements: Six or more years in customer-facing technical roles
Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and event-driven patterns
Technical leadership across complex B2B sales cycles
Experience with CRM and contact centre platforms
Hands-on Python or JavaScript, AWS, and coding agents
