Lead sidewalk snow removal crews with hands-on supervision, safe equipment operation, and transparent communication during winter snow events. This role requires reliable field leadership.

JPS Construction Group is hiring experienced Crew Leads to run assigned teams and routes. You will manage crew performance, communicate with management and dispatch, and maintain safety, quality, and documentation standards. Training in JPS procedures comes before route assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Run crews safely and efficiently throughout each shift
- Coordinate communication between crews, management, and dispatch
- Complete shift reports and required site photos
- Inspect trucks, trailers, and equipment before and after shifts
- Operate and train crews on snow removal tools

Requirements:

- At least two seasons of snow removal experience
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean abstract
- Ability to tow and operate pickup trucks with trailers
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Night shift and on-call availability during snow events
