Lead estate and trust operations across Quebec and GOA markets, applying risk management and workflow improvement expertise across regional teams. As BMO’s Regional Support Manager, Estate and Trust, you will lead, coach, and develop trust support professionals. The position oversees daily operations, capacity, workflows, compliance practices, and service delivery. It contributes to strategy, planning, revenue growth, engagement, and business evolution. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop regional trust support professionals Oversee daily operations across GOA and Quebec Strengthen workflows, controls, and continuous improvement Monitor risk assessments, compliance, and operational controls Coordinate strategic initiatives, metrics, and milestones Requirements:

Five to seven years estate and trust administration experience Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience In-depth operational and estate and trust product experience Supervisory or leadership experience is an asset Fluency in French and English Bring estate and trust knowledge, operational leadership, risk expertise, and bilingual communication to BMO’s regional support function.
