About the RoleThe Banquet Attendant plays an important role in the successful execution of events at Hotel X, supporting everything from set-up and service through to tear-down. This role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork and a commitment to providing a excellent guest experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the set-up and tear-down of banquet and event spaces according to event orders and Hotel X standards, including tables, chairs, linens, place settings and stagingProvide friendly, attentive and professional food and beverage service throughout eventsWork closely with the Banquet Supervisor and Events team to ensure events run smoothly and on scheduleRespond to guest requests promptly and professionallyMaintain clean, organized and well-presented banquet spaces before,
