What you’ll do:
- software licenses, order forms, statements of work, service level agreements and skilled services agreements.
- Negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including NDAs, data processing agreements, vendor and procurement contracts, technology partnerships, reseller and distribution agreements.
- Advise on indemnities, limitations of liability, warranties, intellectual property rights, data usage, confidentiality, privacy and information security obligations,
