Drive customer service and sales at White Cap while processing orders, answering questions, and delivering materials from an indoor location. This position includes regular lifting.
The Inside Sales Delivery Driver responds to customer orders and quotation requests through counter service, telephone, email, and fax. You will enter orders, communicate product information, and support sales initiatives. The work also includes stocking merchandise, maintaining showroom cleanliness, and driving a delivery van.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service
- Process orders and enter quotes into the system
- Explain product features, perks, and warranty policies
- Restock merchandise and maintain showroom cleanliness
- Deliver materials to designated locations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
- Zero to two years of related experience
- Ability to stand or walk continuously
- Ability to lift or carry eight to forty pounds
- No travel required for this position
