As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will support business applications and SaaS platforms through design, testing, deployment, and adoption. Reporting to the Manager, Business Applications & IT Transformation, you will coordinate stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams. Your work will connect process improvement, solution design, project management, and post-go-live support. Key Responsibilities: Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate operational needs into system solutions Lead planning, coordination, testing, deployment, and post-go-live project support Coordinate configurations, integrations, data readiness, UAT, and defect resolution Support change management, training, communications,
