This Regional Director role supports iA Private Wealth Management’s advisor network across recruitment, onboarding, and business development. You will guide early-career, emerging, growing, and transitioning advisors toward disciplined execution and sustainable productivity. The role partners with the Regional Vice-President and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and recruit qualified Investment Advisors
- Support onboarding and early productivity milestones
- Manage advisor relationships and translate objectives into actions
- Strengthen acquisition, referrals, marketing, and retention practices




- Promote CRM, planning, analytics, and digital marketing tools

Requirements:

- Experience in wealth management or advisor recruitment
- Robust relationship-building and collaborative influencing skills
- Ability to coach growing advisors through disciplined execution
- Comfort using CRM tools, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Advanced English proficiency for daily collaboration
