Lead enterprise governance and assurance at Interac, applying delivery standards, controls, and executive reporting in a versatile hybrid work model. As Governance & Assurance Delivery Lead, you will advise Product, Technology, and Delivery leaders across complex portfolios. You will strengthen governance frameworks, oversee delivery controls, and provide objective assurance. The work spans Risk, Compliance, Privacy, Information Security, Finance, Audit, Legal, and Enterprise Architecture stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Establish enterprise delivery standards, frameworks, stage gates, policies, and controls Provide independent oversight of initiatives, approvals, evidence, and checkpoints Conduct governance reviews, health checks, and assurance assessments Lead governance forums, gate reviews, approvals,



and oversight activities Develop dashboards, compliance reporting, and executive delivery insights Requirements:

10+ years in enterprise governance, assurance, risk, audit, or related disciplines Experience designing governance frameworks across complex delivery portfolios Strong understanding of delivery lifecycles, controls, risk, and assurance Ability to influence senior leaders and constructively challenge decisions Eligibility to work full-time for Interac Corp. in Canada Apply enterprise governance, delivery assurance, risk management, and executive reporting expertise to Interac’s Canadian financial ecosystem.
