At the Edmonton Net Zero Hydrogen and Energy Complex (ENZHEC), you'll do more than operate equipment—you’ll help drive the future of sustainable energy production. Working in a state-of-the-art facility that integrates hydrogen production, hydrogen liquefaction, carbon capture, power generation, and air separation technologies, you'll play a critical role in ensuring safe, reliable, and productive operations around the clock. Whether you're monitoring complex processes, troubleshooting critical systems, supporting maintenance activities, or progressing into leadership responsibilities, this role offers a dynamic career path for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment and are passionate about operational excellence, safety, and innovation. Production Technicians work on one of four ten-person shift teams and are assigned to one of nine positions within the plant. Technicians will be cross-trained to perform work in multiple positions. Shifts are 12 hours long, and work schedules may include up to seven consecutive shifts, covering both day and night rotations.
