As Senior Research Associate, you will report to the Vice-President and lead research workstreams on client engagements. You will design research components, manage deliverables, and support consulting products. The work requires knowledge of Canadian higher education governance, funding, and policy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead research workstreams across client engagements
- Design methods and manage scope, timelines, and quality
- Author reports, publications, briefing notes, and presentations
- Guide Research Associates with constructive feedback




- Serve as clients’ day-to-day point of contact

Requirements:

- Graduate degree, or exceptional bachelor’s track record
- At least three years’ relevant qualified experience
- Applied research, policy analysis, evaluation, or consulting experience
- Advanced literature, statistics, financial, and data assessment skills
- Strong writing, editing, judgment, and organization skills
