This full time Warehouse Associate supports customer orders and incoming materials at Victaulic. The work includes picking, packing, inventory management, paperwork, and customer service. Counter Balance and Reach truck certification is required, though equipment use is limited.
Key Responsibilities: Pick, pack, load, offload, sort, and manage inventory
Receive, verify, unpack, and organize incoming materials
Handle waybills and complete shipment paperwork
Serve walk-in customers professionally and helpfully
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and follow safety procedures
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 18 months of warehouse experience preferred
Counter Balance and Reach truck certification required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Physical fitness for regular lifting and warehouse activity
