You will plan and deliver varied programs for participants of different ages and abilities. The work emphasizes participation, skill development, social connection, safety, and welcoming service.
Key Responsibilities: Plan creative programs for participant needs, interests, and abilities
Lead and implement engaging recreation camp activities
Supervise participants safely onsite and offsite
Participate actively in planned program activities




Follow health and safety regulations consistently
Requirements: Intermediate First Aid and CPR level C certification
Behavior Management Systems Training
HIGH FIVE Principles of Healthy Child Development
Attend mandatory training dates and complete online training
Provide a transparent vulnerable sector criminal record check
Bring recreation leadership, safety supervision, and customer service skills to inclusive programs serving Burlington participants across various locations.
