Key Responsibilities: Maintain Store Standards across front-store areas and backroom
Schedule labour and optimize productivity through Work Force Management
Support hiring, reviews, coaching, and staff development
Analyze financial reports and address planned-versus-actual discrepancies
Set departmental goals and execute efficiency strategies
Requirements: Minimum five years of previous retail management experience
Solid planning, organization, judgment, and decision-making skills
Experience leading teams and supporting corporate programs
Superior coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong business and financial acumen
