Sell products and coach staff in selling skills
Book event appointments and manage annual schedules
Mentor, train, motivate, and evaluate team members

Requirements: Sales experience with proven achievement of sales goals
Cosmetic experience and customer service orientation
Previous experience leading a team
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Planning, judgment, and independent decision-making abilities
