Glasshouse Property Management seeks an experienced Property Manager for an established residential portfolio. You will manage owners, tenants, inspections, maintenance coordination, and tenancy matters. The position requires understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act, property management best practice, and consistently high customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Manage an established residential property portfolio
Build relationships with owners and tenants
Conduct inspections and provide detailed reporting
Coordinate repairs with contractors and service providers
Resolve tenancy issues efficiently and professionally
Requirements: Proven residential property portfolio management experience
Strong Residential Tenancies Act understanding
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
Current full New Zealand driver's licence
