As an RPN, you provide planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care under provincial standards. You also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents, families, and unregulated care providers.
Key Responsibilities: Provide planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care
Build trusted relationships through continuous, effective communication
Implement and evaluate care plan effectiveness
Complete accurate clinical assessments, care plans,



and documentation
Teach, delegate, direct, coach, and mentor unregulated care providers
Requirements: Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
Demonstrated sound clinical knowledge
Experience with seniors and unregulated care providers preferred
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
Robust communication, critical thinking, organizational, and computer skills
