Manage inbound leads and sales automation at PheedLoop’s 100% in-person Toronto office. Build client-facing skills while supporting global event technology sales.
As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you will own lead flow, qualify prospects, and book qualified opportunities. You will support PheedLoop’s growth across conferences, trade shows, hybrid experiences, and virtual events. The work includes CRM management, reporting, sales content, and pipeline coordination. You will collaborate closely with leadership, account executives, and business development representatives to improve sales processes and execution.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor, qualify, and route inbound leads to account executives
Maintain CRM data hygiene and pipeline visibility




Prepare discovery notes and organize sales follow-ups
Manage training content, playbooks, and sales documentation
Build dashboards and reports for leadership reviews
Requirements: Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or sales automation tools
Detail-oriented, organized, and operationally minded approach
Confidence using Excel or Sheets to interpret data
Transparent written and verbal communication skills
Eagerness to learn sales enablement or revenue operations
Use CRM knowledge, analytical skills, and organized communication to strengthen PheedLoop’s inbound sales pipeline in Toronto.
