This part time, on-site Housekeeper role focuses on maintaining an establishment through light cleaning duties. You will clean surgical procedure areas, washrooms, operating room tables, resident or patient rooms, and common areas. The position requires organized work, English communication, and careful adherence to instructions and safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities: Clean and disinfect healthcare areas, fixtures, surfaces, and equipment
Strip, wash, make beds, collect, and fold linen
Damp mop hard floors and auto scrub as needed
Vacuum carpets and complete carpet extraction when required
Remove garbage and respond to emergency cleanups
Requirements: Previous housekeeping experience is an asset
Healthcare, hotel, or commercial cleaning experience preferred
Strong time management and organizational skills
Good verbal and written English command
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
