Support WildPlay park operations through guest service, staff development, and risk management in a full time seasonal leadership role. Flexible scheduling includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The Assistant Park Manager supports the Park Manager while developing through hands-on experience and mentorship. This role builds exposure to financial planning, daily operations, staff training, and leadership decision-making. You will help frontline teams deliver consistent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure WildPlay guest service and employee conduct standards
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and staff mentoring
Develop schedules and support ongoing training sessions




Support cash management, reporting, and budget tracking
Requirements: Minimum two years’ frontline service industry experience
Supervisory or leadership experience with frontline staff
Strong organizational and communication skills
Problem-solving abilities and risk management awareness
Enthusiasm for growth and leadership development
