Support purchasing and material planning at Eclipse Automation as a Supply Chain Coordinator Co-op in Cambridge, Ontario, working on-site full time.
Reporting to the Supply Chain team, you will coordinate scheduling, supplier activities, and material availability for production requirements. The position works with project management, manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers to support timely, cost-effective material delivery. MRP functionality, dashboards, and cost baselines are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities: Release direct material purchases using MRP functionality
Maintain production requirements while limiting on-hand inventories
Escalate supply constraints and support supply continuity
Coordinate supplier relationships and engineering change requests




Manage reverse logistics and daily dashboard metrics
Requirements: Enrollment in supply chain, materials, business, or operations studies
Required co-op or work term in an academic program
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Analytical, multitasking, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Build practical supply chain experience through purchasing, supplier coordination, MRP activities, and material planning at Eclipse Automation.
