As a Service Specialist within IG Sales & Distribution, you will provide operational support for financial and non-financial transactions. The position requires client servicing, account administration, issue resolution, and accurate handling of supporting paperwork. You will apply corporate policies and procedures while communicating with Advisors, clients, and other business units.
Key Responsibilities: Guide Advisors through orders, inquiries, and business submission methods
Update accounts and process non-financial service requests
Resolve client questions and strengthen relationship experiences




Research escalations and recommend alternatives or solutions
Coordinate with business units to resolve concerns promptly
Requirements: Minimum two years in diverse customer service roles
Frontline client service and mutual funds experience
Business post-secondary education with relevant financial courses
Solid written, verbal, interpersonal, and investigative skills
Bilingual French and English communication is required
