Apply behavioral science, research, and analytics as a Consultant at The Decision Lab in Montreal, primarily on-site with some remote days.
This six-month contract supports evidence-based solutions for private clients and public audiences. You will connect behavioral economics, psychology, neuroscience, or sociology with practical consulting work. The role includes desk research, experiments, stakeholder interviews, and client-facing deliverables.
Key Responsibilities: Challenge client assumptions, intuitions, and prior knowledge
Conduct research, analysis, interviews, and controlled trials
Synthesize behavioral science research across relevant fields
Analyze findings and distill insights into deliverables
Present findings and support publication efforts
Requirements: Two or more years of relevant qualified experience
Management consulting, behavioral science, psychology, or related MSc
Strong qualitative and quantitative methods understanding
Familiarity with experimental design, statistics, or behavioral economics
Availability from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time
