As an HR Intern on MLSE’s People & Inclusion team, you will support wide-ranging initiatives across the organization. Your work will span learning administration, recruitment support, talent development, and recognition activities. The internship provides hands-on exposure to effective people practices and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate administrative tasks across People & Inclusion programs
Support learning, recognition, engagement, and talent initiatives
Create HR communications, presentations, tools, and resources
Track participation, maintain records, gather feedback,



and prepare reports
Support recruitment scheduling, candidate tracking, and employee events
Requirements: Currently enrolled in a related post-secondary program
Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint
Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Integrity when handling confidential employee information
Develop HR operations expertise through coordination, reporting, recruitment support, and employee experience initiatives at MLSE.
