AutoCAD and Revit design expertise supports Doka Canada’s Technical Designer role, creating formwork drawings and material lists for customers. Technical assistance supports sales from proposal through completion.
As a Technical Designer, you will represent Doka concrete forming equipment in drawings and shipment materials. You will collaborate with sales on proposal and working drawings, while supporting protected, economical, efficient designs. The position includes analysis, design and price calculations based on experience and education, plus mentorship for a Junior Technical Designer.
Key Responsibilities: Create AutoCAD and Revit proposal and working drawings
Generate material lists for quotations and site shipments
Confirm safe, economical, efficient equipment applications




Conduct analysis, design and price calculations
Mentor an assigned Junior Technical Designer
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical education
Three to five years’ concrete forming design experience
Mandatory AutoCAD proficiency; Revit experience is an asset
Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
Excellent English communication and organizational abilities
