This Accountant or Senior Accountant role handles full cycle Income Producing Property accounting. You will maintain financial records, prepare reports, and support accurate decision making. The work requires resourcefulness, persistence, prioritization, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Perform full cycle accounting for assigned properties
Post monthly journal entries and prepare working papers
Complete bank and balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders
Liaise with property, leasing, and asset management teams
Requirements: Bachelor of Business or Commerce with accounting major
Three years’ Property Management Accounting experience
Five years’ experience required for Senior Accountant
Solid Excel, Word, and Yardi Voyager skills
Enrollment in CPA program required for Senior Accountant
