Support Philips medical imaging systems from Wellington using hands-on engineering expertise, customer service, and technical troubleshooting across multiple modalities.
As Customer Support Engineer NZ, you will maintain customer relationships and provide technical advice across Philips Medical Imaging portfolios. The work covers MRI, CT, DXR, IGT, and Ultrasound equipment, including software and hardware. You will support maintenance, installation, servicing, and customer relationships under Philips regulations and policies.
Key Responsibilities: Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on medical equipment
Commission and install equipment, software, and hardware upgrades
Provide technical support throughout customer relationship lifecycles
Manage technical escalations through resolution and communicate progress




Repair equipment and minimize customer downtime through effective solutions
Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Electronics, Electrical, or Biomedical Engineering
Customer-facing service engineering experience, preferably in medical industries
Hands-on experience with relevant medical imaging modalities highly regarded
Strong IT skills and customer-focused performance
Full Recent Zealand driver’s licence and legal work rights
