Apply water remediation and structural drying skills as a Mitigation Technician supporting emergency restoration projects at customer sites.

The Mitigation Technician supports residential and commercial restoration under supervision or independently when required. This work includes content and structural cleaning, moisture mapping, water extraction, and mould remediation. Projects follow IICRC S-500 Standards and address client and insurance company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform cleaning and restoration services at customer sites and warehouses
- Complete moisture mapping, extraction, mould remediation, and demolition
- Photograph and document restoration work throughout each project
- Maintain vehicles, supplies, equipment, and organized work environments




- Conduct hazard assessments and report unsafe conditions or incidents

Requirements:

- Solid organization and ability to prioritize diversified workloads
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively as required
- Understanding of customer service principles and practices
- Attention to detail when safeguarding property and information
- Valid driver's license meeting BELFOR's Auto Policy

Use restoration techniques, IICRC S-500 Standards, and customer service skills to support successful emergency response projects.
