Key Responsibilities:

- Assist students with mild to severe needs
- Implement student Individual Program Plans
- Apply positive, proactive behavioural interventions
- Facilitate positive peer interactions among students
- Assist students with running, lifting, and toileting

Requirements:

- Strong interpersonal and interdisciplinary teamwork skills
- Positive approach to social-emotional-behavioural needs
- Education Assistant Program or equivalent training is an asset
- Experience with Positive Behavioral Supports and visual supports
- Elementary experience and autism-spectrum knowledge are assets
