As a Benefits Partner you will be responsible for answering questions from employees and retirees, providing administrative and technical support to the team.
You will work remotely and report to the Retirement Team Leader, Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to requests regarding Canadian benefits, such as group perks, retirement, EAP, policies, etc.
- Assist and educate employees with claim issues, plan provisions and changes
- Follow-ups for life insurance
