As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will manage user acquisition across client accounts. The work spans ROAS, CPR, first-time-deposit targets, and direct budget authority. You will collaborate with creative teams, clients, and senior leadership across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own acquisition performance across assigned client accounts
- Plan and optimize Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, and programmatic campaigns
- Allocate multi-million-dollar budgets across channels
- Maintain A/B testing across audiences, creative, placements, and landing pages
- Present reporting,
analysis, and recommendations to clients
Requirements:
- Five or more years of performance marketing experience
- Demonstrated depth managing and scaling Meta Ads accounts
- Experience managing multi-million-dollar media budgets
- Working knowledge of Conversions API and server-side tracking
- Strong analytical and skilled communication skills
