As a member of our clinical team, you'll focus on what you do best — providing excellent clinical care — while we handle the business side that usually eats into a clinician's time and income.This is a full time W-2 position with a guaranteed base salary plus an uncapped productivity bonus once your caseload grows beyond a standard threshold.What We Take Off Your PlateMost clinicians spend hours a week on things that have nothing to do with therapy. You show up, collaborate with community staff, see clients, and get paid — we run the rest.Compensation$75,000 guaranteed base salary — paid regardless of caseload fluctuations, as long as you're carrying a full clinical scheduleUncapped productivity bonus — once your caseload exceeds a standard threshold, you earn additional bonus pay with no ceiling; strong performers earn over $110,000/yearMost clinicians serve 1–4 senior living communities and carry a caseload of around 25–30 clients per week.What You'll DoProvide on-site individual counseling to residents in senior living communitiesConduct mental health assessments and develop care plansServe as BetterCare Wellness's primary relationship contact with community staff at your assigned site(s)Maintain clinical documentation using our EHR system, in compliance with Medicare Part B and ethical/licensure standardsCollaborate with families, caregivers, and facility staff to support resident wellbeingWhat We're Looking ForFully and independently licensed in North Carolina — LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LPA, or Psychologist.



This role is not suitable for provisionally licensed or associate-level clinicians.Strong relationship-building skills — you'll be the face of BetterCare Wellness within your communitiesGenuine interest in older adult mental health and senior living settingsThis is a full-time W-2 employee role with a guaranteed base salary and uncapped bonus potential.
