This full time position supports water and wastewater clients. As a Senior Management Consultant, you will pursue, plan, manage, and deliver utility management and program management projects. You will collaborate with HDR engineering, Utility Management Services staff, and teaming partners to develop client solutions. The work influences business operations, asset management, and capital program delivery. Key Responsibilities:





Advise water and wastewater clients on complex strategic challenges Plan consulting engagements affecting business and asset operations Supervise medium to large professional staff teams Manage larger projects and programs as needed Consult on utility planning and organizational structure Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field At least 10 years of consulting experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel Strong relationship, organizational, communication, and follow-up skills Commitment to HDR’s employee-owned culture Bring strategic advisory, project management, and water industry expertise to HDR’s utility management work across Ontario.
