As a General Merchandise Associate, you will assist with product selection, purchase decisions, and customer concerns. You will also support sales floor coverage, zoning, recovery, stocking, downstocking, modular execution, and product protection while following company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and help locate merchandise
- Support purchase decisions and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain clean, organized, customer-ready sales floor areas
- Stock merchandise, complete downstocking, and process recovery
- Set modulars and maintain secure, secure displays

Requirements:

- Be at least 16 years old
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Stand, bend, and perform repetitive stocking tasks
- Lift inventory weighing up to 20 pounds
- Occasionally lift inventory weighing up to 50 pounds
