Dulcedo is a leading North American talent management agency with offices in Montreal and Toronto. We seek a Senior Accounts Receivable Technician to run the day-to-day AR function, ensure invoices go out on time, payments are posted accurately, and the ledger stays reconciled.

You will lead a small AR team, own the collections calendar, refine credit procedures, and drive automation with NetSuite while collaborating with Finance, Agents, Talent Management, and Operations.
