SNDL is seeking a seasonal Sales Associate for its Wine & Beyond Sage Hills store. The position focuses on understanding customer needs, delivering exemplary service, and maintaining a customer mindset. You will educate customers about products, complete required training, and help keep the store ready to serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and guide them to requested products
- Educate, advise, and suggest products to customers
- Complete POS transactions and follow cash-handling procedures
- Stock shelves and coolers with products
- Participate in merchandising, promotions, cleaning, and maintenance
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of retail environment experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- ProServe or Serving It Right Certification
- Solid written, verbal, and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation and successful background check
