Lead global service readiness and innovation for Manulife in a hybrid Waterloo role, applying operating-model, product, knowledge, and training expertise. The AVP, Global People Services leads coordinated, launch-ready services across global and regional teams. This senior leader connects service design, product ownership, knowledge, training, innovation, and regional execution. Senior leadership experience in global HR operations or shared services Experience establishing operating models, governance, and launch disciplines Knowledge of HR service delivery and employee experience Understanding of digital products, workflow, automation, and AI operations Executive presence and geographically distributed team leadership experience Bring global HR operations, launch readiness, product, and innovation leadership to Manulife’s GPS organization in Waterloo.
