You will identify member needs, discuss opportunities, and support financial well-being through advice and service. The work emphasizes relationships, problem solving, and explicit communication.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome members while demonstrating Coast Capital values
Build relationships through money chats and proactive listening
Educate members about online banking and mobile platforms
Resolve and prevent member banking issues
Watch for counterfeit money and illegal transactions
Requirements: Strong verbal English communication skills
Comfort having sensitive conversations with members
