This full-time Insurance Broker role is based remotely with WellCare Insurance Corp., headquartered in Markham, Ontario. You will advise clients across personal, commercial, and life insurance lines. The work combines client service, policy administration, insurer coordination, and insurance sales.
Key Responsibilities: Assess coverage needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
Prepare quotes and process insurance applications
Manage renewals, policy changes, and client inquiries
Coordinate with insurers and underwriting teams
Requirements: Knowledge of personal, commercial, and life insurance products
Solid customer service, communication, and issue resolution skills
Insurance broker licensing or certification strongly preferred
Proven insurance sales, brokerage, or financial services experience beneficial
Analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and documentation accuracy abilities
