The Sales Coordinator supports Dandelion’s direct sales funnel and reports to the Director, Ad Tech Solutions. Responsibilities span Salesforce administration, outbound prospecting, contract processing, client onboarding, and Mailchimp campaigns. You will help coordinate procedures, documentation, account provisioning, and follow-ups for prospective and new clients.
Key Responsibilities: Build, deploy, and manage outbound email campaigns and newsletters
Maintain Salesforce, trackers, databases, and organized digital workspaces
Execute lead assignments, prospecting, outreach, and consistent follow-ups
Draft, review, and process contracts, amendments,



and renewals
Coordinate client onboarding assignments with the Client Success Team
Requirements: Five-plus years in digital advertising sales or administration
Basic understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Process-focused, detail-oriented, organized, and solid time management
Salesforce or Google Marketing Platform experience is an asset
