As an Early Careers Recruiter, you will manage internship, co-op, and graduate recruitment. You will partner with hiring managers, HR colleagues, universities, and student organizations. The work combines talent assessment, iCIMS workflows, and recruiting insights.
Key Responsibilities: Lead full-cycle internship, co-op, and graduate recruitment
Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues
Build university and student organization relationships
Create inclusive, engaging candidate experiences
Use recruiting data to improve hiring outcomes
Requirements: Applicant Tracking System experience maintaining confidential records
Microsoft Office proficiency, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
One or more years of recruiting experience preferred
Student, intern, or recent graduate recruiting experience preferred
Skilled fluency in French and English preferred
