RT Prime seeks an Outside Sales Representative to expand its OEM customer base. You will identify prospects, connect with purchasing, engineering, and operations decision-makers, and develop new program opportunities. The position combines independent activity planning with technical support from internal specialists.
Key Responsibilities: Identify OEM and manufacturing customers matching RT Prime’s capabilities
Generate opportunities through outreach, visits, referrals, networking, and events
Understand sourcing challenges, projects, timelines, and supplier needs
Coordinate proposals, answer questions, and secure confirmed purchase orders




Maintain CRM records, forecasts, stages, and next steps
Requirements: Three or more years of B2B sales experience
Success prospecting, building pipelines, and winning current customers
Familiarity with industrial or manufacturing purchasing decisions
Knowledge of Greater Vancouver’s manufacturing community and relevant contacts
Proficiency with Excel and CRM or ERP systems
Use OEM sales, manufacturing knowledge, and disciplined pipeline management to grow RT Prime customer relationships throughout Greater Vancouver.
