You will process wires, funds transfers, checks, merchant wallet loading, and reconciliations. Key Responsibilities: Process time-sensitive wires and funds transfer transactions
Prepare checks and complete other payment processing tasks
Load wallets for merchants when required




Enter transactions correctly into banking systems
Submit transactions for approval before daily cutoffs
Requirements: Two to three years in payment or banking operations
Experience processing 50 to 100 transactions daily
Solid Microsoft Excel and data management proficiency
Attention to detail with time-sensitive deadlines
Post-secondary education in business, finance, or accounting
Apply payment operations, wire processing, and Excel expertise while maintaining accurate, timely transaction execution across banking systems.
